Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is reviewed and forwarded to our supplier/fulfillment partner for processing. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, supplier confirmation, and order volume.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–12 business days after order processing. Delivery timelines may vary based on customer location, courier service, supplier dispatch time, public holidays, weather conditions, or other logistics-related delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping depending on active offers or store promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on courier availability and the fulfillment partner’s tracking system.
Multiple Shipments
Since products may be sourced from different suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately. This does not affect your order status.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and contact details. Meraki Mart will not be responsible for delivery failure or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Return Eligibility

Refund Policy
Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Replacement
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
