Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments

Since products may be sourced from different suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately. This does not affect your order status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and contact details. Meraki Mart will not be responsible for delivery failure or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, supplier delays, high order volume, remote locations, or unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Refund Policy

Replacement

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
