Return Eligibility

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Products without original packaging
Personal care, beauty, hygiene, or cosmetic products once opened

Refund Policy
Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Replacement
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
